Ingredients:

ZOE Olive oil

Pillsbury croissant dough

pizza sauce, mozzarella cheese

parmigiana cheese

pepperoni (or any toppings of choice)

Tools we used:

Napoleon Cast Iron Dessert Cooker (56054)

Steps:

1. Flatten dough into a long rectangle shape

2. Add sauce, cheese and toppings of choice

3. Roll into a bun and place in dessert cooker

4. Grill until crispy texture
