GENERAL SHIPPING INFORMATION

When you purchase products online from NapoleonHomeComfort.ca, you will be presented the option to purchase through various delivery methods (Home Delivery or In-Store Pick Up).

STANDARD ONLINE ORDERS ON NAPOLEONHOMECOMFORT.CA

Processing:

Orders received on weekdays will be processed within 24-48 Hours.

Orders received over the weekend will be processed the following Monday.

Delivery Time: Up to 5-10 business days, from the time your order ships.

Delivery Method: We use a variety of Courier & Freight Shipping providers to serve our customers best.

Pick Ups can be done between the hours of 9-5:30 pm Monday- Saturday

  • Availability is not guaranteed. Orders are processed in a priority sequence. We reserve the right to cancel any and all orders without notice. 

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • CANCELLATION OF ORDERS/RETURNED GOODS: After 8 hours orders are subject to a 40% restocking fee.
  • Orders that have shipped cannot be cancelled and can only be returned- * return shipping cost will be at the consumers expense shipping cost will not be refunded.

RETURN POLICY

Items purchased on NapoleonHomeComfort.ca that are unused and in their original packaging may be returned within 30 days of purchase, unless noted in our Return Policy Exceptions. 

Upon receipt and inspection of the item(s) by Napoleon Home Comfort, refunds will be issued for the purchase price of the item(s) and any applicable sales tax in the original form of payment. Shipping charges for delivery and returns are non-refundable for orders.

RETURN POLICY EXCEPTIONS

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable on any order.
  • Return shipping is at the expense of the consumer.
  • Special ordered items cannot be returned.
  • After 30 days, return orders are subject to a 40% restocking fee.
  • All clearance items are as is & final sale.

 

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR MISSING ITEMS

We stand by our products and want you to be happy with your purchase. If an order arrives and is damaged, defective or incomplete, contact nhconline@napoleon.com.

 

NOTES:

  • You must be able to receive parcel delivery at your residence, or your delivery may be denied.
  • Shipments are only available in Ontario.
  • Items cannot be shipped to PO Boxes.

 

The total amount of time for order processing, shipping and delivery is dependent upon the following:

  • The availability of the product(s) you are ordering.
  • The day and time your order was received.
  • A successful payment authorization.
  • The carrier(s) delivering the order(s).

IN STORE ORDERS

Please note that stock items can be returned in store within 30 days of purchase with receipt if the item is still unopened and in its original box.

  • Special ordered items cannot be returned.

*special order is defined as anything “Non- Stock at Napoleon Home Comfort  that is ordered in for a customer, restocking fee always applies

  • Returns can only be made Monday-Friday 9:00am-5:00pm.
  • CANCELLATION OF ORDERS/RETURNED GOODS: After 72 hours orders are subject to a 40% restocking fee.
  • Pick Ups can be done between the hours of 9-5:30 pm Monday- Saturday
