Ingredients:
- Smokin Jon’s Pizza & Pasta Spice
- Smokin Jon’s SPGO Spice
- ZOE Sea Salt
- ZOE Pepper
- Tomato sauce
- Jasmine Rice
- Ground beef
- Mozzarella, shredded
- Onion, diced
- Orange bell peppers
Steps
1. Remove the tops of the peppers. Carefully carve jack-o-lantern faces into the peppers and set aside. Preheat the grill to 375 degrees.
2. Brown ground beef in a cast iron pan. Add in onion and saute until soft. Mix in the salt, pepper, spices and tomato sauce.
3. Pour in rice, mix until combined, and remove from heat. Scoop filling into the bell peppers.
4. Top with mozzarella and grill until peppers are soft. Serve and enjoy!
