Smoky Grilled Caesar Salad

Enjoy the unique smoky flavor and charred edges of this Grilled Caesar Salad straight from the grill!

Ingredients:
- 2 hearts of romaine lettuce, halved lengthwise
- Olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Caesar salad dressing
- Grated Parmesan cheese
- Croutons

Instructions:

1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat, around 375-400°F (190-200°C).
2. Half the romaine lettuce using your Napoleon chef knife for ultimate precision
3. Brush the cut side of each romaine lettuce half with olive oil, ensuring they are lightly coated.
4. Season the cut side of the romaine lettuce halves with salt and pepper to taste.
5. Place the romaine lettuce halves, cut side down, directly onto the preheated grill.
6. Grill the romaine lettuce for 2-3 minutes, or until grill marks appear and the leaves start to wilt slightly.
7. Carefully remove the grilled romaine lettuce halves from the grill and cut into slices
8. Drizzle on Caesar salad dressing, Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese over the top and Add croutons on top for extra crunch and flavor.
9. Serve immediately as a side dish or starter.
