We offer a Prestige Service & Rewards Program for all your heating and cooling needs. Designed to ensure your home comfort equipment (such as furnace, fireplace, heat pump or air conditioner) gets the attention, tune-ups, and service it needs to continue to run effectively and safely. As well, you will get exclusive deals throughout the year from Napoleon Home Comfort that will be available only to our plan members.When to Book
Eligibility
• New installation: Commit to three seasonal or annual services, paying only for the first one at the time of purchase.
• Existing installation: Commit to three seasonal or annual services, paying for the first at least 3 months in advance.
• Existing installation: Previously received regular maintenance annually. (receive an additional 5% off as a thank you for your business)

When to book?
Heating Plans
You can book your heating maintenance at any time; however, we recommend that you book during the months listed below to ensure maximum flexibility in choosing an appointment time that is most convenient for you and to ensure your heating unit or natural gas fireplace makes it through the winter without breakdowns, help reduce your energy costs and extend the life of your equipment.
Cooling Plans
Cooling Maintenance can only be completed when the temperature is above 12 degrees Celsius. As a result, we recommend you book during the months listed below.
