Boneless Chicken Thighs with Spicy Mayonnaise Sauce


Ingredients
Boneless chicken thighs
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp tomato paste
2 tsp garlic powder
juice of 1 lemon
Salt and pepper
3 tbsp Mayonnaise
Maritime Madness Wicked Buffalo

Instructions

1. Preheat grill to 400F
2. In a bowl add olive oil, tomato paste, garlic powder, lemon juice, salt and pepper
3. Add the chicken to the marinade, and mix well until fully covered.
4. Place chicken on the preheated griddle with your Napoleon tongs until internal temp of 165F
5. While that’s cooking, make your sauce. Take 3 tbsp of mayonnaise, 1tbsp wicked buffalo sauce, salt and pepper & mix well.
6. Remove the chicken from the griddle, drizzle with the spicy mayonnaise and enjoy!
