Cajun Shrimp Skillet



Ingredients:

- 22 jumbo shrimp (peeled and deveined)
- 2.5 tablespoons Smokin Jon’s Cajun Spice
- 1.5 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 lemon, sliced into rounds

Instructions:

1. In a bowl, toss the 22 shrimp with the Smokin Jon’s Cajun Spice and olive oil until evenly coated. Let them marinate while you preheat the grill.
2. Preheat your Napoleon grill to medium-high heat, around 400°F.
3. Add the seasoned shrimp to the tray, spreading them out into the slots. Grill for about 5 minutes, or until the shrimp are pink and opaque.
4. Place the lemon slices over the shrimp. Cook for an additional 2 minutes, just until the lemon start to soften and release their juices.
5. Remove the shrimp tray from the grill, serve hot and enjoy.
