Buffalo Chicken Ranch Dip

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb chicken breasts
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 cup Maritime Madness Wicked Buffalo sauce
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped green onions
  • ½ cup Ranch dressing
  • Tortilla chips or pita chips for serving
  • Napoleon Cast Iron Sauce Pan

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your Napoleon grill to medium heat, lightly brush the chicken breasts with olive oil and grill directly on the grates until fully cooked (165°F/74°C internal temperature). Let the chicken rest for a few minutes, then chop it finely.
  2. In a bowl mix the chopped chicken, Maritime Madness Wicked Buffalo sauce, cream cheese, shredded mozzarella, green onions and ranch
  3. Let the dip cook in the cast iron pan until everything is melted slightly and bubbly.
  4. Carefully remove the Napoleon cast iron pan from the grill and serve directly from the cast iron pan with tortilla or pita chips on the side.
