Welcome back, today we’re making the most delicious loaded pierogi platter. Enjoy the smoky flavors from the grill combined with cheesy bacony goodness. See you next week for another delicious recipe!



Ingredients:
⁃ bag of pierogis
⁃ 1 white onion- diced
⁃ 1 red pepper-diced
⁃ 1tsp Minced garlic
⁃ 2 tablespoons olive oil
⁃ 3 tbs bacon bits
⁃ 1 cup shredded cheese
⁃ Sour cream  

Instructions:

1. Preheat your grill to 400°F
2. In the Napoleon cast iron skillet, sauté the assorted veggies the olive oil until tender and flavorful. Then set aside.
3. Meanwhile, grill the pierogies on the preheated grill for 15 minutes, turning halfway through.
4. Remove the skillet from the grill and set the veggies aside.
5. Arrange the pierogis on the skillet and then top them with the shredded cheddar cheese, the veggies and the bacon bits
6. Return the skillet to the grill and bake for until cheese is melted
7. Once done, top with some sour cream.
