Cheddar Stuffed, Bacon Burgers
Welcome back, today we’re making Cheddar Stuffed, Bacon Burgers on our Napoleon Grill. These burgers are sure to be a hit at your next barbecue or cookout. Enjoy!
Ingredients:
⁃ 1 1/2 pounds ground beef
⁃ Salt and pepper to taste
⁃ 4 ounces shredded cheddar cheese
⁃ bacon slices
⁃ Burger buns
⁃ Lettuce leaves
⁃ Your favorite condiments
Instructions:
1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
2. Season the ground beef with salt and pepper and divide into equal portions according to the desired size of your burgers
3. Using the Napoleon burger press kit form half a party and add a handful of shredded cheddar cheese in the center of the patty. Take another portion of seasoned ground beef and flatten it into another patty. Place it on top of the cheese-filled patty and press down firmly to seal the edges, forming a stuffed burger patty. Repeat the process with the remaining portions of ground beef and cheddar cheese to make the desired number of stuffed burger patties.
4. Place the stuffed burger patties on the preheated grill. Grill for about 4-5 minutes per side, or until the burgers are cooked to your desired level of doneness.
5. While the burgers are grilling, grill the bacon until crispy and lightly toast the burger buns on the grill.
6. Once everything is cooked, remove them from the grill and assemble the burgers by placing your favourite toppings onto the toasted bun.
7. Serve the Cheddar Stuffed Bacon Burgers hot off the grill and enjoy the delicious combination of juicy beef, melted cheddar cheese, and crispy bacon!
