Seafood Skewers Reading Honey Butter Chicken Skewers 2 minutes Next Pizza Spring Rolls

Welcome back! Today, we're grilling up some Honey Butter Chicken Skewers that'll have your taste buds craving more! Let’s get into it.

Ingredients:
- boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch cubes
- lemon juice
- soy sauce
- butter, melted
- Salt and pepper to taste
- honey
- garlic, minced

Instructions:

1. Prepare the Chicken: Cube the chicken and thread them onto the skewers, leaving a little space between each piece. We’re using Napoleon’s stainless steel skewers, which are amazing and withstand the heat from the grill.
2. Prepare the Honey Butter Sauce: In a small bowl, whisk together the honey, melted butter, minced garlic, soy sauce, salt, pepper and lemon juice until well combined.
3. Marinate the Chicken: Place the chicken skewers in a shallow dish or a resealable plastic bag. Pour the honey butter sauce over the chicken, making sure each piece is coated evenly. Reserve some sauce for basting.
4. Marinate the Chicken: Marinate the chicken skewers in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes, or up to 4 hours, to allow the flavors to meld.
5. Preheat the Grill: Preheat your grill to medium-high heat, around 375-400°F (190-200°C). Make sure the grill grates are clean and lightly oiled to prevent sticking.
6. Grill the Chicken Skewers: Place the marinated chicken skewers on the preheated grill. Cook for about 5-7 minutes per side, or until the chicken is cooked through and the edges are slightly charred, basting occasionally with the reserved honey butter sauce.
7. Check for Doneness: To ensure the chicken is fully cooked, use a meat thermometer to check the internal temperature. It should register 165°F (75°C) when inserted into the thickest part of the chicken cubes.
8. Serve: Once the chicken skewers are cooked through, remove them from the grill and transfer them to a serving platter. Serve the honey butter chicken skewers hot with your favorite side dishes like rice, grilled vegetables, or a fresh salad.

I understand that exact measurements are not required for this type of recipe but some guidance would be appreciated. How much butter, how much honey, etc.
