Welcome back! Today, we're bringing you a fantastic grilled Shrimp and Scallop Skewer recipe. Let's dive in!



Ingredients:
⁃ Smokin Jon’s pizza & pasta spice
⁃ olive oil
⁃ garlic, minced
⁃ scallops
⁃ shrimp, peeled
⁃ lemon juice

Instructions:
1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
2. Soak your skewers for at least 30 min if using wooden skewers
3. Pat dry the shrimp and scallops. Thread them onto the skewers, alternating between shrimp and scallops.
4. Prepare the Marinade: In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic and the spice to create the marinade.
5. We’re using smokin Jon’s pizza and pasta spice. This spice is so good. Plus it’s available at Napoleon home comfort
6. Brush the marinade over the seafood. Let it marinate for at least 15-30 minutes.
7. Place the skewers on the preheated grill. Grill for about 3-4 minutes per side or until the shrimp are opaque and the scallops are slightly golden, basting with additional marinade while grilling. When fully cooked, shrimp should be opaque, and the scallops should be firm yet tender.
8. Serve these flavorful grilled seafood skewers immediately, and savor the delicious combination of smoky, charred goodness with the natural sweetness of shrimp and scallops.
