Today we’re making a Grilled Lemon Garlic Jumbo Shrimp dish using a Napoleon cast iron jumbo shrimp tray



Ingredients:
- 22 Jumbo shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- juice of 1 lemon
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

1. Fire up your grill to medium-high heat, around 375-400°F (190-200°C).
2. In a mixing bowl, combine the shrimp with olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper to make the marinade.
3. Let the shrimp marinate for 15-30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
