Loaded Steak Potatoes
Ingredients:
- 4 large russet potatoes
- 1 lb steak
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 tablespoons Meat Church Steak and everything else seasoning
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup cooked bacon bits
- 1/4 cup green onions or chives, chopped
- 2 cups broccoli florets
Instructions:
1. Preheat your Napoleon grill to medium heat (around 375°F or 190°C).
2. Scrub the potatoes and pierce them several times with a fork.
3. Wrap the potatoes in aluminum foil and place them on the grill. Close the lid and cook for about 45 minutes, turning occasionally, until they are tender when pierced with a fork.
4. While the potatoes are cooking, slice the steak into bite-sized pieces and cut the broccoli. Season both with Meat Church Steak and everything else seasoning
5. Place your stainless steel wok on the grill over medium-high heat. Add olive oil to the wok. Once hot, add the broccoli florets and steak slices to the wok and cook to desired doneness.
6. When the potatoes are cooked, remove them from the foil and carefully slice them in half lengthwise.
7. Scoop out the insides into a bowl, leaving a thin layer of potato inside the skins.
8. Mash the potato insides with sour cream and softened cream cheese, bacon bits and green onion until smooth and creamy.
9. Spoon the mashed potato mixture back into the potato skins.
10. Top each potato with the steak and broccoli mixture
11. Serve and enjoy this flavourful dish!
