Ingredients:
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1/2 cup Maritime Madness Wicked Buffalo Hot Sauce
- 4 cups frozen hash browns
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1-2 fresh jalapeños, sliced
- 1/4 cup ranch dressing
- Olive oil (for grilling)
- Salt and pepper to taste

Equipment:
- Napoleon cast iron griddle
- Naspoleon Grill

Instructions:

1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (around 375-400°F). Place the cast iron griddle on the grill and allow it to preheat as well.
2. Season the chicken breasts with olive oil, salt and pepper. Place the chicken breasts on the grill and cook for about 6-7 minutes per side, or until fully cooked (internal temperature of 165°F). Remove the chicken from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes before shredding.Shred the chicken and mix it with the buffalo sauce.
3. While the chicken is cooking, lay the frozen hash browns on the griddle. Cook the hash browns for about 10-15 minutes, flipping occasionally, until they are golden brown and crispy. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
4. Once the hash browns are crispy, top the hash browns with the shredded buffalo chicken. Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese evenly over the chicken. Add the sliced jalapeños on top.
5. Close the grill lid and let everything cook for an additional 5-7 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
6. Drizzle the ranch dressing evenly over the top of the melted cheese and jalapeños.
7. Enjoy your delicious grilled Buffalo Chicken Ranch Hash Browns!
