Grilled Everything Bagel Stuffed Chicken

Elevate your grilling experience with our Grilled Everything Bagel Stuffed Chicken. This recipe combines the irresistible flavors of cream cheese, mozzarella, and everything bagel seasoning, all stuffed inside juicy chicken breasts wrapped in crispy bacon.



Ingredients:
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2-3 tablespoons Miss E’s Everything Bagel Blend
- 8 slices of bacon
- Olive oil (for brushing)

Instructions:

1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (about 375-400°F).
2. In a bowl, mix the softened cream cheese, shredded mozzarella, and everything bagel seasoning until well combined.
3. Carefully butterfly each chicken breast by slicing it horizontally to create a pocket, being careful not to cut all the way through. Open the chicken breasts and stuff each with an equal amount of the cream cheese mixture. Close the chicken breasts over the filling and press lightly to seal.
4. Wrap each stuffed chicken breast with two slices of bacon. Lightly brush the bacon-wrapped chicken breasts with olive oil.
5. Place the bacon-wrapped chicken breasts on the preheated grill using Napoleon tongs.Grill for about 20-25 minutes, turning occasionally with the tongs to ensure even cooking, until the bacon is crispy and the chicken is cooked through (internal temperature should reach 165°F).
6. Remove the chicken from the grill using the tongs and let it rest for a few minutes.
