Discover the ultimate way to enjoy pizza with our Grilled Pizza Recipe using a Napoleon pizza stone. This method delivers a perfectly crispy crust and smoky flavor, creating a pizza that’s as good as any pizzeria’s.

Ingredients:
- 1 lb pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)
- 1/2 cup pizza sauce
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- Toppings of your choice (pepperoni, bell peppers, onions, olives, etc.)
- Olive oil

Equipment:
- Napoleon pizza stone

Instructions:

1. Preheat the grill to high heat (about 500-550°F) with the lid closed to ensure the pizza stone gets thoroughly heated.
2. On a lightly floured surface, roll out the pizza dough to your desired thickness and shape (typically about 12 inches in diameter).
3. Oil the pizza stone and lay out the dough on it. Lightly brush the top of the dough with olive oil.
4. Spread the pizza sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a small border around the edges for the crust. Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese evenly over the sauce. Add your desired toppings.
5. Place the pizza onto the preheated grill. Close the grill lid and cook the pizza for about 8-12 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly and melted. Check the pizza periodically to ensure it doesn't burn, rotating if necessary.
6. Once done, remove the pizza from the grill. Let the pizza cool for a minute or two before
7. Enjoy your delicious, smoky-flavored grilled pizza with a crispy crust made on the Napoleon pizza stone!
