Enjoy this delicious fusion of a cheeseburger and spring roll flavors straight from the grill!
Ingredients:
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 small onion, finely diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Egg roll pastry sheets
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 tbs Ketchup
- mustard, and mayonnaise for dipping (optional)
Instructions:
1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat, around 375-400°F (190-200°C).
2. In your Napoleon Stainless Steel Wok, over medium heat, cook the ground beef, onion, and garlic until the beef is browned and the onion is soft. Drain any excess fat.
3. Season the beef mixture with, salt, and pepper. Stir to combine and let it cool slightly.
4. Add cheddar cheese and ketchup to the mixture and mix until combined.
5. Lay out a spring roll pastry sheet on a clean surface. Place a spoonful of the mixture in the center of the pastry sheet.
6. 6. Fold the sides of the pastry sheet over the filling, then roll it up tightly, sealing the edges with water to secure the spring roll.
7. Repeat the process with the remaining pastry sheets and filling ingredients.
8. Lightly oil the grill grates to prevent sticking. Place the cheeseburger spring rolls on the preheated grill and cook for 3-4 minutes per side, or until golden brown and crispy.
9. Carefully remove the grilled spring rolls from the grill and let them cool for a few minutes before serving.
10. Serve the grilled cheeseburger spring rolls with ketchup, mustard, and mayonnaise for dipping.
