Mexican Tortilla Roll Ups
This appetizer dish has the most delicious flavour mixed with the crispy smokiness from the grill.
Ingredients
1 cup Cream cheese
1/2 cup Green onions
10 large Tortillas
1/3 cup salsa
2 cup Shredded mexican cheese
2 tbs taco spice
Sour cream for dipping
1tsp Zoe Sea Salt With Chilli
Instructions
1. Preheat grill to 400F
2. In a medium bowl, add cream cheese and salsa and stir to combine. Stir in green onions, cheese, taco spice and our secret weapon, Zoe Sea Salt With Chilli
3. Working with one tortilla at a time, spread about 1/4 of the cream cheese mixture evenly over the tortilla, going all the way to the edge. Continue until all mixture is used.
4. Roll the tortillas then Cut rolls into bite sized pieces
5. Oil the Napoleon griddle and place the rolls on flipping them quickly just to toast each side.
6. Remove from the grill and serve with sour cream and salsa and enjoy!
