Smoked BBQ Ribs
These delicious smoked ribs on the grill chips are so juicy and flavourful.
Ingredients:
2 half racks of ribs
House of Q Competition Rib Rub
House of Q 5Star Competition BBQ Sauce
Salt and Pepper
Mustard
Instructions:
1. Preheat your barbecue to medium, place the pre soaked chips in the smoker tube and place underneath the grills.
2. Cover your ribs in mustard to act as a binder for the rub to stay on, and sprinkle the House of Q rib rub on top of each side
3. Wrap the ribs in tinfoil and place the ribs on direct heat for 1.5 hours, flipping halfway through for even cooking
4. Remove the tinfoil and place the ribs on direct heat for half an hour, in your expandable rib rack, making sure the temperature is medium for the whole process.
5. Smother in House of Q BBQ Sauce, and cook for another 15-20 min
6. Enjoy your delicious ribs!
